Shipping
All posted sell prices on boxes and cases are assumed to include shipping costs to be paid by seller on orders over $300 within the continental United States unless otherwise stated and agreed upon by both parties. Buy offers are inclusive of shipping on all offers regardless of the dollar amount.
All orders must be shipped with a tracking number provided (entered on accepted offers tab) within 24 hours/1 business day and tracking # must show valid receipt scan by carrier. If buyer provided shipping label as agreed upon in the offer, then seller must make sure tracking # shows valid receipt scan by carrier within 24 hours/1 business day.
All boxes and cases must be packaged securely and double boxed to prevent any damage that might occur during transit as it is the sole responsibility of the seller to deliver new, undamaged factory sealed boxes unless it has been clearly noted and agreed upon by both members. Factory sealed cases must be in original new condition with all factory sealed tape in tact and must not have any additional writing or marking on the case.
Unless otherwise stated, the seller is always responsible for all shipping costs including delivery, customs, insurance, tariffs etc - including any fees that are billed to buyer which must then be reimbursed by the seller or can be deducted from total due if buyer is elite.
Only Exceptions:
1. If stated in listing notes by seller
2. If buyer has agreed to provide shipping label in which case the buyer assumes all responsibility for any fees/insurance etc - seller is only responsible to have shipment scanned by carrier within 24 hours/1 business day
If any issues with shipping arises, admin assist reports must be filed within 14 days of transaction completion.
