Understand the rules that keep the DealernetX marketplace secure, transparent, and fair for every collector and dealer.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the DealernetX marketplace, services, mobile applications, and any related products. By creating an account or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you are accessing DealernetX on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that all authorized users linked to your account comply with these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
DealernetX is designed for professional collectors and businesses engaged in trading sealed sports card products. To open an account, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, and maintain an active email address for compliance communications.
- Account integrity: You agree to provide truthful, current information and promptly update it if circumstances change.
- Access credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding login details, API keys, and device access. Notify DealernetX immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity.
- Regulatory compliance: You confirm that your use of DealernetX does not violate any applicable laws, including sanctions and import/export regulations in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any account if information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or suspected of fraudulent activity.
3. Marketplace Conduct & Trading Policies
All listings must accurately represent the product being offered, including manufacturer, year, and sealed status. Pricing must align with the live bid/ask framework provided by DealernetX.
- Authenticity assurance: Only genuine, factory-sealed products may be traded. Counterfeit or altered items are strictly prohibited.
- Fair trading: You may not manipulate pricing, volume, or rankings through coordinated trades, shill bidding, or artificial inflation.
- Communication standards: Interactions with other members must remain professional and respectful. Abusive language, harassment, or discriminatory remarks result in immediate review.
- API usage: Automated trading via API must comply with our rate limits and authentication policies. Excessive requests that degrade platform performance may be throttled.
4. Fees, Billing & Taxes
Membership fees, transaction commissions, and premium service charges are detailed on the pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice. All fees are denominated in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
- Billing cycle: Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through your account settings.
- Payment methods: We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers. You authorize DealernetX to charge your stored payment instrument for all due amounts.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, VAT, or other taxes associated with your purchases or sales on the platform.
Past-due balances may result in restricted account functionality until payment is received. If a charge is disputed, contact our billing team within 10 days for resolution.
5. Fulfillment, Shipping & Dispute Resolution
Sellers must ship confirmed orders using trackable carriers and provide tracking details within the timeframes specified during listing creation. Buyers must inspect delivered items within 48 hours of receipt.
- Transaction assurance protection: Available on trades with an Elite gold star member with details available on our Help Page. Additionally, buyers should consider using payment options with buyer protection available (ie: Paypal, Credit Card)
- Dispute escalation: If product condition deviates from the listing, submit evidence through the Admin Assist link on the offer details page. DealernetX may request additional documentation to arbitrate the claim.
- Shipping insurance: Sellers are encouraged to insure shipments for full replacement value. Claims arising from carrier loss or damage must be filed directly with the carrier.
DealernetX may suspend payouts or reverse transactions if fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or policy violations are identified.
6. Data Usage & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains the types of information we gather, how it is used, and your rights over that data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting admin@dealernetx.com. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
7. Termination & Modifications
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your account from the settings page, and we may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
- Notice: We will provide written notice of termination to the email address associated with your account.
- Outstanding obligations: Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to the effective date, including payment of fees and delivery of confirmed orders.
- Post-termination data: We may retain transaction records and compliance documentation as required by law and platform policy.
DealernetX may update these Terms periodically. Material changes become effective 30 days after notice is provided to registered members.
