DealernetX is a peer-to-peer marketplace designed exclusively for trading sealed sports cards, gaming cards, and premium collectibles. We provide a secure platform where dealers and collectors can buy, sell, and trade with confidence through our verified member network and comprehensive transaction tools.

Our marketplace supports factory-sealed hobby boxes, retail boxes, sealed cases with manufacturer tape, premium sets, graded cards, and authenticated memorabilia. All sealed cases must retain original factory seals, and sellers guarantee the integrity of sealed products.

A sealed case is a manufacturer-packed container holding multiple sealed boxes (typically 6-20 depending on product), with original factory tape intact. A sealed box is an individual retail or hobby box with original manufacturer shrink-wrap or seal. Cases command premium pricing due to guaranteed pack distribution and authentication.

Currently, DealernetX is optimized for web browsers on both desktop and mobile devices. Our responsive design ensures a seamless experience on any screen size. A dedicated mobile app is on our development roadmap for future release.

DealernetX offers four membership levels: Basic ($19/month), Vendor ($35/month), Premier Vendor ($65/month), and Executive Vendor ($249/month). Basic provides full marketplace access with no transaction fees. Vendor tiers allow posting listings with decreasing transaction fee rates (3%, 2%, and 1% respectively) and additional features like counter offers, EFT credits, and priority placement.

Elite Gold Star status is a special program for trusted members in good standing—it is not a membership tier. Elite members receive special benefits including: ability to pay on receipt, Transaction Assurance coverage on all transactions up to $10,000 total, and a gold star ★ displayed on all their listings to indicate their trusted status.

To apply for Elite status, members must meet these standards: minimum 60 transactions completed in the last 6 months, maximum 8-hour response time to offers in the last 6 months, minimum 90% offer acceptance rate in the last 6 months, maximum 2% expired offers in the last 6 months, and minimum 12 months as a premium level member in good standing with no policy violations or unresolved transaction issues.

In addition to meeting the qualification standards, all Elite applicants must complete a verification form and provide references from 3 current Elite members to verify recent transaction history indicating timely payments, shipments, and responses to offers. The verification form should be sent to the Help Desk, which will forward it to admin for approval.

The DealernetX Transaction Assurance Program is offered exclusively on transactions involving approved Elite members (denoted with a gold star ★). It provides protection in the event of non-payment or non-delivery. All Elite members with the Payment Assurance Badge on their profile page are eligible for coverage.

To be covered by Transaction Assurance: (1) The transaction must be completed through the DealernetX offer process without any modifications, (2) Payout will only be made if the receiving member does not dispute delivery or report issues with the order, and (3) Complaints must be filed within 14 days from the initial offer date.

Cumulative coverage is $10,000 per Elite user with a $3,000 limit for any individual claimant. In instances where claims surpass the cumulative limit, payouts will be prorated. All payments are made by DealernetX at sole discretion. All decisions are final. This offer is not part of any membership agreement and may be terminated at any time. Approved claims are paid within 90 days of the claim date.

Transaction fees vary by membership tier. Basic members pay no transaction fees but cannot post listings. Vendor members pay 3% on completed sales, Premier Vendor members pay 2%, and Executive Vendor members pay just 1%. Buyers never pay transaction fees—only sellers are charged when a sale completes successfully.

No hidden fees. You'll only pay the monthly membership fee for your tier, transaction fees on completed sales (if you're a Vendor tier), and any applicable payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 for credit cards, free for EFT transfers).

Your seller metrics (response time, ship time, completion rate) directly impact your visibility in search results and eligibility for Elite Gold Star status. Buyers can submit offers on any listing. Sellers have 48 hours to accept, counter, or decline. Counter-offers start a negotiation chain. Once both parties agree, the transaction moves to payment. All offers are binding—accepted offers create a commitment to complete the transaction.

Upon acceptance, buyers have one business day to remit payment. Sellers must then ship the order within one business day and provide a valid tracking number. If the buyer has Elite status, payment terms are due upon receipt, and the seller should ship within one business day of acceptance.

Sellers have 48 hours to respond to offers. Failing to respond results in automatic expiration and may negatively impact your response time metrics. Quick responses improve your seller rating and search visibility.

No. Once an offer has been accepted, it becomes a legally binding agreement between buyer and seller. Neither party can cancel the transaction without administrative review. Cancellation requests must be submitted through Admin Assist and are subject to review. Failure to complete the transaction may result in fees of up to 10% of the transaction value, plus any applicable transaction fees.

All shipments must use carriers with tracking capabilities (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Signature confirmation is required for transactions over $500. Sellers must ship within 48 hours of payment and provide tracking information through the platform.

Navigate to "Create Listing" from your dashboard. Select category, enter product details, set your asking price, and upload clear photos. Listings go live immediately after submission. You can edit active listings anytime, though price changes may reset your listing's time-based ranking.

Document damage immediately with photos before opening packaging further. File a claim through the transaction page within 24 hours of delivery. Our dispute resolution team will review evidence from both parties. Sellers should always insure valuable shipments.

After each completed transaction, both buyers and sellers rate each other on a 5-star scale with optional comments. Ratings affect search placement and buyer confidence. Maintain ratings above 4.5 stars for optimal visibility and Elite eligibility.

DealernetX supports credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), bank transfers via our EFT program, and platform balance payments. PayPal and cryptocurrency are not currently supported to maintain transaction security and dispute resolution capabilities.

The Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) program allows direct bank-to-platform transfers with no processing fees. Link your bank account through our secure verification process to fund your DealernetX balance instantly. EFT is the most cost-effective payment method for high-volume traders.

Dealernetx is a peer-to-peer network. All payments are sent directly from the buyer to the seller. Buyers have 24 hours (or one business day) after delivery confirmation to report issues through the Admin Assist report link.

Funds release 3 business days after delivery confirmation, assuming no disputes. Elite members with established history may qualify for expedited 24-hour releases. Funds can be withdrawn to your linked bank account or kept as platform balance for future purchases.

Request withdrawals from your EFT Account page. Standard processing takes 3-5 business days to your linked bank account. Minimum withdrawal is $25. There are no withdrawal fees for EFT transfers.

Absolutely. We use bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, and never store full card numbers on our servers. Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts and required for EFT withdrawals.

Prohibited items include counterfeit products, resealed boxes, items with broken seals misrepresented as sealed, stolen merchandise, and non-collectible items. Listing prohibited items results in immediate removal and potential account suspension.

Disputes go through our three-step resolution process: direct negotiation between parties (48 hours), platform mediation with our support team (72 hours), and final arbitration if needed. Most disputes resolve in the first two steps. Evidence submission is critical—document everything.

Document thoroughly with photos and video, do not alter the item, and file a claim within 24 hours. Counterfeit sales result in full refunds to buyers, permanent seller account termination, and potential legal referral. We take authentication seriously.

Accounts may be suspended for policy violations, sustained poor metrics, unresolved disputes, or fraudulent activity. Suspensions include warnings for minor issues, temporary holds pending review, and permanent bans for serious violations. Appeals are handled through support.

Use the "Report" button on any listing, message, or user profile to flag issues. For transaction-specific problems, file through the transaction detail page. Our trust and safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action.
