Dealernet Peer to Peer (P2P) Marketplace
Dealernet is a peer-to-peer marketplace allowing members to buy-sell directly with each other utilizing Dealernet website resources, which works as a matchmaker impartial to either side (buyer or seller).

The Dealernet Marketplace involves a platform that provides contact between both sides of transactions.  Dealernet establishes rules and regulations, payment systems, and any kind of process that may be necessary for the transaction to be communicated clearly between both parties involved.

While Dealernet will help to mitigate any issues (see What if I have an issue with my order?), members assume all risk when transacting on the Dealernet Marketplace including but not limited to:

- payment default from buyers

- item not as described or not delivered issues from sellers

Dealernet at its sole discretion offers non-binding arbitration to help resolve any issues involving Dealernet transactions, but it will not guarantee any transaction or any members of the site with the exception of Elite members that are covered through the Transaction Assurance Program (see below).

Since Dealernet cannot verify product at time of shipment or on receipt, Dealernet cannot render either party responsible in such situations where shipper and recipient claim there is a discrepancy regarding the actual product.  Any such claims regarding damaged orders must be handled via insure provided through the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx etc).

All assist requests must be made by clicking on the Accepted Offers tab and selecting the FLAG icon next to the transaction needing help (must be filed within 14 days of the initial offer)
