Finding Your Offers

How to Find Offers
Offers can be found in 3 locations:

1. Sales/purchases tab at top of page
    - This area contains any recent transactions which you have not yet rated 1-5, indicating they are still awaiting payment or product has yet to be received.

2. Offers tab
     - Sales/purchases once rated are located here. Additionally, offers can be reviewed for an assist report within 14 days.

3. Archived offers tab
    - After 14 days all offers are moved automatically to your archived offers tab. After 14 days offers are considered to be completed and the only option
     for a used to file and assist report is if it involves and nsf/chargeback payments.

In summation, if you are looking for offers with no rating (hasn't been received or paid yet), view the sales/purchases tab at top of page. For offers within 14 days, view the offers tab. And for all other offers, view the archived offers tab.
